SelectTronics is a Mongolian technology company that began operations in 2026.
Who we are
SelectTronics is a technology company that develops its software and system solutions in-house, from the source code up. We began with smart buildings: the STX product line, which unites fire alarm, cameras, HVAC, energy, access control, elevators and water on one platform.
We build for our customers' real needs, Mongolia's harsh climate and local standards. Our principles: reliability that keeps working when the internet is down, open standards, and safety first.
We build technology ourselves. Smart buildings are where we started, not where we stop.

“Building the future with technology”
Vision
To think without borders and build technology that reaches the world from Mongolia.
Mission
To make people's lives, work and businesses safer, simpler and more productive with reliable technology we build ourselves.
What STX stands for

From Mongolia to the world, without borders
Values
01Safety first
Life-safety systems such as fire and doors are built fail-safe and proven by testing.
02Reliability
A building is never left without control, even when internet or power drops: 24/7 operation and automatic recovery.
03Honesty
We show information as it is: a disconnected device never looks connected, and sample data never looks real.
04Our own engineering
We write our software ourselves, so we respond to customers quickly and at source-code level.
05Openness
Open standards such as OPC UA, BACnet and Modbus, so there is no vendor lock-in.
06Customer focus
Clear solutions in the user's own language, fitted to operators, HOA staff and residents alike.
Our team
Engineers and advisors who take building systems from design to operation.
